About 10 minutes by car to Lake Nokomis and Mall of America. Walkable to a grocery store, Woodlake Nature Centre, restaurants, and a bus line. Street parking is usually available. House guidelines: Looking for a conscientious tenant who appreciates a calm and peaceful home. To keep the space comfortable for everyone, this is a non-smoking, substance-free home (no smoking, vaping, or drugs).
