It is furnished with a queen bed and bedding, a hide-a-bed sofa, a desk and chair, a lounge chair, a TV, a coffee table, and a bookshelf. It is in a 2,000 ft 2 home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Shared spaces include a fully equiped kitchen, dining, and living area. Outside, there is a garden with a BBQ and a table. It is two blocks from a Trader Joe's, a Starbucks, a restaurant, and a bar. It is close to Multnomah Village, where you can find a multitude of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. Close to I5, 217, trails, parks, and rivers. There is one two-year-old cat in the home. He does not enter rented rooms. Parking provided. Basic household items provided, but will require replacement of like/kind if damaged by lessee or guest of lessee. Lessor/owner not responsible for missing or damaged renters' belongings. Parking is available in the driveway, but should not block other vehicles from entering or leaving. Lessee is responsible for cleaning personal spaces.
