I have this townhouse available for November 15th and another identical unit on the same block for December 1st for $1250 per month. I do accept ONLINE applications. They include water, sewer, trash, garage, central AC and rec. room in the basement. (rec. rm. not a bedroom) No pets. I only do a 6 month lease that becomes month to month with 45 days notice. Minimum income is $3750 gross. I like to see a credit score of at least 600. I require a local rental reference. No unsatisfied evictions in the last 5 years. If interested in applying please bring photo ID, at least 2 check stubs printed out or the ability to email them, owner/operator contact info and a $25 application fee.
