Hi there renters! 2/1 furnished house with a large fenced backyard and secure garage, walking distance to the local elementary school and a 12 minute drive to the front gate of MCAGCC. Tenant pays electricity and utilities. Tenant needs a minimum 650 credit score and good rental history. The garage can fit one car or truck and still has space leftover for a work bench. In front of the garage there's enough space for another car, and you can put another on the gravel in front of the house but the car will be blocked in by the driveway car. Street parking is good-to-go. The primary source of A/C in the house is the swamp cooler on the roof. 2 high-end portable A/C units are also provided to tenants in case they want to an area of the house down further on those especially hot days. Great little security camera system powered by Arlo that you can access and view from your phone. Generally pet friendly, with a security deposit, as long as you can explain to satisfaction how you will manage your pet so that they don't destroy the house. This is a wonderful, cozy home looking for good renters. We can only show the house now on weekends. No money transfers, leases or anything like that will not be finalized online- only in person!
