My wife and I are leasing out our home in the Viewpoint on a quiet cul de sac. The address is 7315 N Butte Vista and is a 3 bedroom/2 bath house on a larger lot. It has a 2 1/2 car garage with that extra area that one could use as a nice workshop. The open backyard has a fire pit surrounded by sand and sitting logs for the summer night smores craving. Or, if the night is too cold, you could enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room. Unfortunately, I just uploaded pictures of the house but there are too few to show the how nice the house truly is. I will take new pics in the next couple of days and upload them (we now have a BEAUtiful wood floor in the living room, dining room and the hallways) (now for the small print) The rent is $2,100/month and is going to be available October 1st. In terms of smaller dogs, they COULD be OK...we'd just need to talk. All the appliances are included in the rent and are gas for the dryer, stove and hot water heater (saving you money on your utilities). This house needs to be to a 100% non-smoking family. Looking for the right renter and would need a one year lease. Owner pays the utilities but has gas appliances to save you money. Whole house attic fan allows STRONG breezes in open windows throughout the night and AC is rarely needed.
