Outside, you will see a large fenced backyard with a table, chairs, and a BBQ grill for your use. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This house is located in a residential area with easy access to major highways and interstates. It is convenient to hospitals, Southside, Downtown Savannah, and Truman Parkway, and only a few minutes away from dining and shopping options. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house.
