The master suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, private access to the backyard, and an en-suite bathroom. Two guest bedrooms have queen beds, and another has a twin and full double-size bed, with TVs in all rooms for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking, baking, and dining ware, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals at home. An additional fee is required to heat the pool and spa, with a charge of $90 per day plus tax. The pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed due to weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors. Inform the agent ahead of time to prepare. Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out cannot be accommodated, so please coordinate your travel plans accordingly. No pets or large gatherings are allowed. Parking is restricted to the garage or visitor parking spaces, with no trailer parking allowed. All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and selfie through Guest Ranger and sign the management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. The home office set-up includes a dedicated office space for privacy and quiet surroundings, perfect for remote work or homeschooling. A laptop computer is not included.
