You will enjoy waking up to a great view of Lake Of The Ozarks. This entire place is just for you or enjoy it with family and friends. You can stay in relax and order in or have a full kitchen to cook in. You will have fun with the 3 heated pools (open during the summer) or stay and catch the rays on the deck. You're able to walk down to the lake and fish off docks. Restaurants, bars, live music, amenities, shopping, are all close. Anything dealing with water you're able to do here! As of March 2026 this is available until end of May. This will become long term lease starting in September 2026. If you're planning to rent long term, I would recommend renting this property in September so you can have a whole summer at regular rates, the next year. Month to Month or you can do up to a 6 month lease. 1900.00 per month, 1900.00 security deposit for 6 month lease. 800.00 if renting month to month. Cleaning fee is 200. All utilities are paid by tenant. 1. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND!! THIS INCLUDES INSIDE AND ON BALCONY OR DECK. ANY SIGN OF SMOKING YOU WILL BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY 250.00 AND GIVEN A BAD REVIEW. 2. NO DRUGS, THIS INCLUDES WEED!! SOME PEOPLE ARE ALLERGIC TO THIS. PLEASE BE COURTEOUS TO FUTURE GUESTS SO THEY CAN ENJOY THIS CONDO. 3. ANY POLICE CALLED, COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS, OR BREAKING HOA RULES, YOU WILL NEED TO VACATE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO YOU! 4. THERE IS A DRYING RACK IN CLOSET OR YOU CAN HANG WET STUFF OVER CHAIRS. HOA WILL FINE ME FOR THIS AND THIS WILL BE PASSED ON TO YOU. 7. NO BOATS ALLOWED IN PARKING LOT. 8. THE PERSON SIGNING UP FOR THE RESERVATION HAS TO BE ONE OF THE GUEST THAT IS STAYING AT UNIT. 9. THE TEMPERATURE IS SET FROM 72-74. PLEASE DO NOT MESS WITH THERMOSTAT WITHOUT TALKING TO ME FIRST. 10. I'M SORRY I HAVE TO SPELL THIS OUT FOR PEOPLE. NO FIREWORKS OR GUNS ALLOWED IN MY UNIT OR OUTSIDE. THIS IS NOT ONLY AGAINST HOA RULES, IT'S ALSO AGAINST OSAGE BECACH LAWS. 11. A GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID WILL BE ASKED FOR AFTER BOOKING. YOU HAVE TO BE 25 YEARS OLD TO BOOK. FOR THE MAJORITY OF GUEST I HAVE VERY NICE, LAW ABIDING GUEST. DON'T BE THE ONE BAD APPLE THAT RUINS THE WHOLE BATCH! IF YOU WANT TO DO ANY OF THESE, DO NOT RENT MY UNIT! ENJOY THE MOMENT & HAVE FUN!!
