A note from our former tenants: Here's what we love out this house: Location, location, location - we love being literally in the heart of it all. We park our cars on the weekend and never have to get back in. We walk to some of the best restaurants, bars, shopping and parks in the city. Quick takeout from Krog, dinner at Superica, and a quick walk to just about anything off of the Beltline. We love bike rides to Piedmont park, festivals, and farmer's markets. We also love the proximity to Freedom Park Trail for those days when the Beltline is super busy. You also will find a ton of charming history in nearly every walk around Inman, Old Fourth Ward, Cabbagetown, Grant Park and even Candler Park. We love the natural light that streams into the this house. It feels bright and sunny all the time. While the footprint is small it feels very spacious with an open floorplan with vaulted and high ceilings. The kitchen has amazing storage - which is hard to find in these historic bungalows and a pantry that we put to good use. You cannot beat the outdoor spaces. The screened in front porch is basically another living space for us when the weather permits (with the best people watching) and you will enjoy a spacious backyard and deck great for entertaining and bonfires with friends. We have loved our stay in the little house on Lake and if we weren't a family of four we most likely would have stayed longer. Megan and Dan are super accommodating, very attentive and have taken care of needs when they have arrived.
