It's a cozy, 2-bedroom house, with ample room for my small family, two dogs, and an african grey parrot. I use the larger of the two bedrooms as an office/exercise room. Updated around 2005 with energy-efficient windows, new laminate flooring in the kitchen/dining room/hallway, and carpet in the family room and bedrooms, with a modern paint scheme throughout. In 2007, I replaced the flat, composite roof with a PVC/CPS Single-Ply Membrane IB Roof System, a commercial-grade industry standard since 1978 from Better Built Roofing.
