The leasing management is great at requests and fixes issues promptly. It is an extremely safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It is close to great schools, shopping malls, and restaurants off of Sawmill Road. The utilities are not included in the rent. There are only electric and water utilities and if you so choose, internet. In the pictures is a document where the steps are listed for the lease takeover.
