This home is on a private lake just outside of Adams which is about 30 miles south of Lincoln. Along with the lake, there are also a lot of trails that lead into pastures etc where you can ride ATVs etc. The fishing is excellent especially for bluegill and crappie. The home has cedar siding which was restained in 2011 and new shingles in 2011 as well. It has a two car attached garage, a garden shed, and a shed underneath the house where lawnmowers, etc are stored. It has a bedroom plus a master bedroom/bathroom on the main floor with the third bedroom being in the basement. There is a covered boat slip down by the water which easily fits our tritoon and fishing boat. There is also electric hooked up to it in case there was ever an interest in putting in a boat lift. There is a new stamped/stained concrete patio under the deck which is a great entertaining area as well as a hot tub. New concrete was also poured on the side of the garage in 2010 for extra parking space and a basketball hoop area.
