Unit 7323L: I LOVE this apartment. I'm currently the tenant, but I'm moving closer to my work. As you can see on the images, the unit has brand new appliances (Recently renewed), a spacious living room area with a fireplace, a balcony surrounded by trees (and birds and squirrels too). I love the spaces and how it's always flooded with light. This apartment has central heating/cooling, but because of its location keeps super cool during the summer. The unit comes with a parking space, a storage unit and access to the community's pool area and the community gym as well. In the months here I've made some friends so I can attest to how nice neighbors are... The apartment is pet friendly, and there's a really nice dog-park within walking distance. This community is also across the street from a park, and some trails. Hopefully you'll love it as much as I do. Remainder of my lease - terminates on December.
