If you know the village, we don't need to explain the value of this location. Steps away from El Pescador (2 blocks away), the La Jolla public library (3 blocks away), Vons, CVS, and the beach. Cove and La Jolla downtown are definitely walkable, which we did on a daily basis during the pandemic, and the location has added benefit of being tourist free. We have posted some photos here, mainly upstairs because we still live here. You can nevertheless see the yard view from the upstairs balcony.
