    * We are moving and looking for someone to take over our lease until March 30, 2022, renewable after that. The rent is $3525/month, because we have been tenants for several years thus the rent is capped by law. For the property and the location, you'd be paying over $4000/month. Now the property. It is a 2 bed 2.5 baths unit in a two-story duplex. There are only 3 units in the complex. The unit comes with a garage plus additional tandem parking (plus street parking on Draper). Upstairs include the kitchen with tall cabinets, pantry, fridge/freezer, microwave etc, 1/2 bath, and a large balcony. Downstairs include 2 bedrooms, plus deck + small yard. The master bedroom is large and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is smaller but is a good size and has a bathroom with bathtub. The two bedrooms do not share a wall, thus good privacy. Beautiful ocean view from both upstairs and downstairs, which is quite amazing and the reason we chose this in the first place. You get the beautiful sunset that paints the whole unit red in the late afternoon. This is located in a quiet residential block, with primary residents include professionals, academics, and families. If you know the village, we don't need to explain the value of this location. Steps away from El Pescador (2 blocks away), the La Jolla public library (3 blocks away), Vons, CVS, and the beach. Cove and La Jolla downtown are definitely walkable, which we did on a daily basis during the pandemic, and the location has added benefit of being tourist free. We have posted some photos here, mainly upstairs because we still live here. You can nevertheless see the yard view from the upstairs balcony. VERY IMPORTANT: The property management has a very strong policy on pets, and no pets are allowed and no exception. Please contact us with your phone number and your availability to see the unit.
