Homeowner or property manager will give you the option of in-person or remote access. This is a large home with specialized features that may require some assistance to utilize the features such as golf simulator and other gaming options. You will receive a welcome email with information along with a check in text the day before your stay begins. Other things to note This home is a luxury property with features such as automated doors, tv's through out, home theater, golf simulator and arcade games that if instruction is needed a technician or property manager is available to come show you. Please do not attempt to access if you do not understand the system. Minimum stay 30 days. Rental rates range depending on length of stay. Rates can range from $26K-85K depending on month of rental. Currently 26K for annual lease, If staying less than 6 months rental rate will increase and just include utilities. If staying longer than 6 months utilities may be changed to renters name or will be added to monthly lease for the actual bill. This is a high end luxury home and is technology based and some instruction will be necessary in the beginning. We have and AV team available to assist and initial instruction is included in the rent. Additional instruction is available upon request.
