About the room (Room D): A spacious and bright private bedroom in West Seattle. The room has brand new furniture, bed, sheets, linens, carpet, towels, .. etc. It has a desk and a chair with fast internet access making it convenient and ideal for working from home professionals or students. The bathroom is shared between two rooms. About the house: The house consists of two floors. The 1st floor has two bedrooms (D and E), a living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a separate entrance. This is where the room is located. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms (A, B and C), a living room, a full kitchen, a dining area and a bathroom. The house's main doors and all bedrooms have keyless smart locks for security, privacy, and convenience. The backyard offers a spacious lawn full of privacy for relaxation during sunny days. A ping pong table is also available for additional fun times. The house is in a prime location. It is located near shopping, dining, and entertainment in West Seattle. Quick access to downtown Seattle (15mins drive and 25 mins by transit), 6mins walking distance to the bus station, 1 mile away from South Seattle College, 14mins to Alki Beach, 15mins to SeaTac Airport, bus routes are nearby, and close to local schools, making it the ideal place to call home. - We are a smoke-free home, including the front yard. This includes vaping. - Off-street and driveway are available for parking. - We do have a biweekly cleaning service (adds $60 monthly) to clean the common areas (kitchen, living rooms, bathrooms, etc.) to maintain the house cleanliness. - The minimum lease term is 3 months and can be extended month-to-month afterward. - A one-month move-out notice is required. - $100 nonrefundable fees for application and cleaning. - $1000 refundable deposit fees. Bonuses: - The monthly cleaning fees will be waived if you sign at least 6 month lease. - Besides waiving the monthly cleaning fee, a $100 discount will be applied every month if you sign at lease 12 month lease.
