The Lakeside offers a peaceful, quiet and comfortable retreat plus private dock on the shore of Silver Lake in the town of Cranberry Lake. Our lake is blessed with only 18 property owners who have formed an Association to protect and maintain our special corner of the Adirondacks. All of the properties are on the southern end of the lake; the northern two-thirds of the shoreline are completely wild. The lake has 2 resident loons, three islands, and no motor boats. At the same time, it is a cozy space for enjoying a fire on a cool evening or a good read on a rainy day. This property has under gone extensive renovations in the last 10 years. This property has been used not only by the owner but also has been a summer vacation weekly rental. It has a long history of rentals. Currently for 2021 it is booked all summer at an income of 1520.00 per week.
