It includes utilities plus has a washer and dryer in the unit. the Jacuzzi is perfect for a nice soak after work. The back yard is very private and offers a picnic table for warm weather relaxation. There is a wood stove in the living area and a fire place in the bedroom. Some renters have made the bedroom more of a living room and set up their bed in another room. The space is around 1700 sq. ft. with a very large 13 x 13 foot kitchen. It is right next to the bike path that goes to whole foods so you don't have neighbors living right next to you in other houses. It has off street parking for 2 cars. Some utilities are included in the price. Please no smoking in the unit ever. There are 2 parking spaces for you and your spouse or a guest. again i am looking for someone to move in today or tomorrow and references are a must.
