Off street parking, utilities included. WIFI included, washer and dryer in garage. This room can be furnished or unfurnished. Maybe your interested in starting a garden? No pets. No smoking. Pay on time. Don't break any laws. Don't have the police knocking at my door any time. Don't let the cats out. Make sure you close the door behind you. No overnighters unless accepted by owner.
