Grad students love this home. It's a 8 minute safe walk to Syracuse University or ESF. A bit further to Upstate. Rent is $725 each plus shared utility cost which is added to next month's rent. I'm a responsible landlord. Happy to put together calm, and tidy renters. No parties allowed. I have many more pictures and current renters decorate the way they choose. Happy to share. This is a 1 year lease and it's only for student housing or young professionals. We have free off street parking and laundry is free. No parties allowed. I give you a large water allowance and I pay for lawn care.
