Rent is 1450/month for a 3 month lease: May-July (this person would be completing our current lease & can then choose whether or not to sign another with the current roommates). This will be for a larger room within the unit & includes its own private bathroom, closet, and additional storage space in the room. In unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. Street parking. Living room and kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and plenty of cabinet space. 2 current roommates: males, late 20's. About a 10 minute walk to Main Street and about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The tenant posting this room has lived in this building for almost 4 years and feels that it has been great. She's moving out because she's in her 30s and is ready for her own space. The landlord is responsive and available when needed. The current roommates are also good people who she has lived with for about 2 years. Once approved by the current roommates, will have to pass credit check with the landlord and then all 3 roommates would sign the new lease.
