Cloudbreak Community currently has multiple openings for housing , we offer independent living for qualified applicants for SRO units. This is a co-living situation, these are private bedrooms in a 6-bedroom apartment suite (approximately 236 sq. ft.) The unit includes a full kitchen, common area/living room with 2 full bathrooms. Utilities are included and we have free parking onsite. This is a tax credit building/ program, therefore all applicants must income qualify for placement. Refer to the table below for income limits and rent amounts. To move in the first month's rent is required and the security deposit which is $1025. A 1-year lease is required initially and after the year the lease becomes month-to-month. Unfortunately I cannot accept any vouchers or section 8 for the SRO units at Cloudbreak. We have a move in special of 6 months of free Internet and Cable! 12 Month Lease
