This is one of the finest Hunting lodges/properties in South Carolina! It has been managed for over 25 years. It is next door to Oakland Gun Club, which is a 30,000 acre Trophy Management Buck and Quail Club. Over the last 25 years the managed wildlife population has continued to grow. The hunting variety consists of hunting quail, deer, turkeys, ducks, and also doves. This is a hunters paradise with 308 acres of prime hunting land. For the size of this property you could not ask for a better wildlife population. In the middle of the wildlife management area there is a 40 acre section that can be flooded with two feet of water. By flooding the area you can be ready for duck season in less than two days. There are roads all through and around this great hunting tract that gives you easy access. There are also many food plots and fields that are planted every year. Over 50 acres of land that you can plant for the wildlife. The Lodge was built in 1994 and has been completely refinished. There is also a living quarters for a care taker, a large shop, and two tractor sheds. Under one of the sheds is a 6x10 walk in cooler. There are 15 rifle stands and 8 bow stands ready for deer season. Each stand has an On Time Lifetime warranty Feeder. Also, there is a 1000 gallon diesel tank and a 500 gallon gas tank. This hunting paradise also has an 80 foot in ground swimming pool to enjoy in the summer months. The entrance to the property is to die for! It consist of copper top split face block pillars with a coded gate entry. From the entry you get to enjoy a one mile ride to the 3700 square foot five bedroom, four bath lodge. All of the bathrooms have tile showers. The master features a 6x8 foot shower with dual shower heads. This lodge has large vaulted ceilings. Also, there are three inch pine hard wood floors through out. This lodge has it all! Including a tank less hot water heater and a new metal roof that was just added in the last two years!
