Relatively spacious, the apartment cools down easily in the summers with two air conditioners, and stays very warm in the winter with low-to-the-floor heat registers. It also has 6 closets, 1 large closet in the living room, 1 small closet in the hallway, and 2 large closets in each bedroom. The apartment also gets a lot of natural light during the day.
