There is also an all in one Washer/Dryer combo in the bathroom. The upstairs loft can be used as your sleeping area, office, storage, etc. Many options with 4 doors to store more things as well. Close to 122nd, shopping, restaurants, and bus lines to name a few. An added bonus is that ALL utilities are paid by owners. All you pay for is WIFI and we handle the rest! We offer 6, 9, or 12 month leases for flexibility and we also cover ALL utilities except Internet. That includes Water/Sewer, Garbage, Electric, and Gas. There is NO smoking in the premises and a cat and/or small dog (50 lbs) is acceptable. Pet deposits are $400 per pet and if you have a bigger dog, we can discuss further. We are asking for first months, and refundable security deposit of $1650
