Recently brought back to life this house is huge and has great bones. We've put in a new furnace, had insulation blown into the walls, some of the wiring has been updated, most of the water lines have been replaced, new water heater, washer & dryer plugs in basement, insulated pipes, floors, walls. Has beautiful working wooden pocket doors from dining room to living room and from living room to front foyer. Full basement, walk up attic, detached garage with cement floor, double lot for a large yard. Home still needs TLC and a few projects done but for the most part it's cosmetic work. New roof and gutters in 2018
