Via Manor Apartments is conveniently located off of I-74 only minutes away from all that downtown Cincinnati, OH has to offer. There are a total of 5 buildings here at our complex in Miamitown, Ohio. We offer 1 & 2 bedroom apartment units. Each of our apartments are equip with stove, refridgerator and wall AC units. Off of the living spaces of each unit there is either a walk out patio or balcony for your enjoyment and leisure. Although we do not offer in house laundry connections we do have coin operated laundry facilities on site for your use. The water/sewage utility as well as the trash removal are included in the rent. All but one of our buildings include heat in the rental price.
