This is my first place (Im a new homeowner :) ) located in beautiful Takoma Park. Its 1150 sqft so its very spacious and all the appliances are new and the entire building is well maintained. Its a 2Bed/2bath spot and Im looking for a housemate so you would get your own room and bathroom. Im including all basic amenities aside from cable in the rent and its next to a bunch of shops off of New Hampshire Avenue. The building has a gym and pool and is newly renovated with a condo board who works to keep the place nice. The gym is currently under construction but should be done by March. Its also only a 4 min walk to the MetroBus that goes to Fort Totten Metro. So its metro accessible. However parking is available on site for those willing to pay extra to the board. Ill provide basic furnishings like a bed and kitchen ware but Im looking for a housemate to stay for a minute so feel free to decorate your space as you like. Also, those pictures are from the real estate website so the decor is going to be different..but you can definitely check out the space!
