We are the original owners. When the home was built, it had standard features making the base price $166,000. However, we added the upgrades such as an enclosed patio with a heat/air unit and later put laminate flooring in. We also had extended cabinets, a decorative pillar and upgraded appliances (stainless steel). This brought our purchase price in 2007 to $186,000. Since we moved in, we added laminate floors in most of the home, vinyl flooring in the kitchen and one bedroom and put new carpet in the master bedroom (2 years ago). This month, the bedroom that is used for sewing has been restored to original walls and repainted. Valances in the kitchen, living room and updated bedroom are custom made. Window curtains in the foyer are also custom made. All window coverings are to remain along with the kitchen appliances. Our price is firm.
