The entertainment area offers a 58-inch flat screen TV and overlooks the pool through an 8-foot slider. That space has a comfortable leather sofa sleeper that can accommodate 2 more guests. The fully equipped galley style kitchen is easily accessed from the front door for loading groceries and has an open breakfast bar on the other end with bar stools that overlook the dinning area and the view to the pool and golf course. It features a wall oven, side-by-side fridge, microwave, and smooth glass stove top. The living area has a comfy Restoration Hardware L- shaped sofa, gas fireplace, and a dedicated game table for Chess, checkers, or puzzles and loads of books on the bookshelves. The home has a laundry room with stack washer and dryer. There is lots of storage in each bedroom and throughout the house. The patio area features the heated pool and spa and looks onto the 5th fairway of the course. There are loungers, comfortable chairs, umbrellas, and a table for 4 outside.
