I bought this home about 5 years ago, planning to completely remodel it and use as a vacation home. Due to being in the military and moving around, it has been hard for me to make time to get it done. So, I'm finally tapping out and ready to sell it to someone who can finish it out. All of the comparable homes Soldier Creek are going for around $300k. The home is in a great location with a nice big front yard, with the lake only being about 150 yards behind the house and the boat dock less than a 1/2 mile away. There is a metal detached garage/large carport. This house will be a GREAT INVESTMENT for someone who has the time to finish it out!
