Located 6 min drive, 20 min walk, 10 min bike as well as bus routes from Wash U main campus. Located on the 7300 block of Amherst Ave. just a few blocks north of Delmar blvd. Only a 20 min walk to the loop!! We are looking for a max of two tenants, $2000/month. Utilities included with rent are water, sewer and trash. Electric/gas not included but are very reasonable.
