This is a small home (520 SF) that was completely renovated a few years ago. It is a nice, functional little home. I have used it as an Airbnb but have instead now decided to rent annually. Buyer pays their own utilities. The house is currently furnished and I am willing to allow a tenant to use the contents but I will be removing the bedroom items. The rest can stay (living room stuff, tvs, kitchen stuff, patio set and grill, cleaning supplies, etc.) and be used or I can remove them. If you do not have "stuff" you can get beds and dressers and move in and have what you need. The house is on well water so no water bill and even running the central air very cold the electric rarely was over $100/mo. Tenant will be expected to mow the lawn. There is no laundry room/washer dryer. The bedrooms are small: one currently has a full bed and the other a queen. Each bedroom has a small closet. A king sized bed is not going to work for these rooms. No smoking inside. No pets. Maximum of two adults and up to 2 children. Parking for two vehicles. Tenant to maintain the yard (mower provided). Tenant to pay first month, last month, and security deposit at lease ($1,350 X 3 = $4,050) for annual lease. The house is on well water. Tenant pays their own electric. I will require an application with info so that I can verify prior rental history, employment history, credit and criminal background checks.
