The community has a seasonal pool, hot tub, and a small playground. There is nothing that can't be accomplished on foot from this location grocery shopping, coffee shops, shopping, even walking to the local parks! We have put hard wood throughout, and updated appliances.We are asking for first months rent and a $800 deposit. $250 will be non-refundable for cleaning. Your first month rent will be prorated based on the move-in date. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis for an additional deposit and pet fee.
