Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on our property. Discovery of usage of charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. Our pool heating system may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions, and the temperature of the spillover spa can fluctuate between 80F and 100F depending on outdoor conditions.
