Two bedrooms upstairs, downstairs guest room/office has a washer and dryer so room for a daybed or futon only. one family/living room that extends to the great front deck/outdoor space. I stress it is very, very small and most find its not for them because they cannot bring their standard size furniture. But it might be perfect just for you! A pet will be considered but we are very selective and additional fees/deposits required.
