Flooded home was newly updated before the flood. Received 24 inches. Home has been gutted and professionally sprayed by Arceneaux Pest. The pool pump was replaced last week. Roof is 4-5 years old. New hot water heater in attic was untouched. New Trane AC is less than a year old and blows cold! Electrical all intact. Outside has a great shed and gazebo with power run to both. Home is dry and ready for clean up and sheetrock!
