This is a beautiful older home with all original woodwork and floors. It is walking distance to downtown Milford. It has three bedrooms on the second floor and a fourth on the third that could be used for a bedroom or office. There is no air-conditioning but every room has fans.Window air conditioners can be added. Absolutely no smoking. There is a garage but it needs to be redone or tore down for the township and I have not decided on that issue yet. Everything has been freshly painted, new appliances, laundry room in the basement. The lease is 1900 a month. Utility costs are the renters responsibility including the water bill the house is heated with a new boiler all the radiators are original to the house.I love pets but I know they cause damage I will discuss any pet situation you have and we can decide from there.
