We are all really relaxed, house is usually quiet, almost all of us work full-time and are rarely home during the day. The average age is around 29 for all of us. House is located right beside the 215, pretty central to everything. I'm looking for $660 a month, $300 deposit, $50 application fee. That includes EVERYTHING, maid service included, all utilities are included in the $655, we have gigabit internet in the house (no cable tv). $5 goes toward common area essentials that are bought by one person in the house. REQUIREMENTS: MUST have a steady job with proof of income, GOOD CREDIT, social and fun as well. Room comes completely unfurnished, and it is ready to go! Not in a rush at all to find somebody, care more about a reliable person and a right fit. Vaping/420 OK! 6 Month Lease Minimum, all utilities included in the price, monthly maid service included, no pets, no cigarettes, vape or 420 ok!
