There is parking but it's on a waiting list and we don't know how long it will take for a spot to become available. The unit was freshly painted and some updates were done in the last month so nothing to do but to move right in! A mandatory meeting is required with the board prior to closing on the unit. A special assessment is in the works but the seller will credit or pay at closing.
