If your credit score is below, we can accept a co-signor whose credit score is 670 or more. We do not reject applications solely on credit, but credit is one of the factors we use to assess your ability to pay rent on-time. If you apply with more than one applicant, we will use the highest credit score in the group to represent the group. 6.Background only relevant criminal history will have a negative impact on application. 7.Evictions no evictions within the last 4 years.
