If the pool is to be heated it's $2500 per month , we take a deposit towards this. The pool must be heated for 30 days in a row , no weekly heating is available . Cleaning fee is $400 upon check out and require a mid month clean $400 paid for by renters. If weekly clean is needed renters can pay the cleaning crew directly .
