The 3 car garage has shelving and some work table area and the separate laundry room/utility room area has plenty of cabinets. Interior paint is good and the home is mostly tile so only a couple of bedrooms have carpets to worry about. The primary bedroom has a super tall closet with a tall closet system so you can store your less used clothes high but still reach them when you need, and it's easy! High speed internet is available here and good cell phone reception too! Well-lit home with plantation shutters on all the windows. Open those up and the light floods in!
