Just around the corner is a nice city park and good shopping and dining is literally minutes away. Even more shopping and dining options is only 10 minutes! Gyms, coffee, did I mention golfing? Yes, this is in the heart of Red Hawk Golf Course with dining and drinking. Bike riding, running, and walking trails are all over here. Plus, you can get anywhere in the Reno/Sparks area in about 15 minutes. The large master bedroom looks out into the patio area with a sliding glass door. Get yourself a hot tub and get naked! Morning coffee on the back patio or the front porch is great for You to watch the sun rise. The dining room exits out to the patio as well. You will be the first tenants in this home, as it has been owner occupied since it was built and they loved it. Beautiful high ceilings with beautiful arches and architecture. My favorite visual feature of this home is the overhead arches that give it real character. You don't see much of those anymore. Low maintenance yard. We do expect you to keep it clean and weed free. The 3 car garage has shelving and some work table area and the separate laundry room/utility room area has plenty of cabinets. Interior paint is good and the home is mostly tile so only a couple of bedrooms have carpets to worry about. The primary bedroom has a super tall closet with a tall closet system so you can store your less used clothes high but still reach them when you need, and it's easy! High speed internet is available here and good cell phone reception too! Well-lit home with plantation shutters on all the windows. Open those up and the light floods in! Close them up and go super private! No dingy dark spaces. Check out the pictures. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. It's a great spot! The HOA keeps it really nice here!! If this is what you're searching for, this is your place. I'm guessing if you're still reading and still interested in this house, you have a real need to be here. Well, call soon if you're the one. This place is for self sufficient and motivated people that are quite fine on their own and want the world to leave 'em the hell alone!
