One of the most exciting features is the spa like bathroom. This ground floor beach studio is ideally situated to take advantage of San Diego's most popular attractions. Spend leisurely days on the beautiful beach or bay, which are just steps from this retreat. Indulge in a variety of cuisines and coffees from the nearby restaurants on the street. There is no dedicated parking space but plenty of parking on the street or in the bay area open lots. No onsite laundry but there is a laundromat directly across the street. There is a separate 2 bedroom rental unit upstairs so the yard space is shared. All Utilities included for a flat fee of $200 per month, payable with monthly rent. Application and background check is required. $1500 security deposit Nonrefundable cleaning fee of $250 due at lease signing. Cleaning Fee Policy A one-time non refundable cleaning fee is charged for each stay. This $250 fee is applied solely to cover the cost of standard turnover services after checkout, which include professional cleaning, laundering of linens, and sanitization of the property. This cleaning fee does not cover damages, missing or broken items, or excessive messes left behind. Guests/tenants will be held financially responsible for any such costs in addition to the standard cleaning fee.
