There have been no pets and no smokers in this house. I do background check. There is also a refundable deposit of one month's rent except $200 that will be non-refundable for the cleaning. The house is available on July 01. Landlord will pay for internet, sewer and trash and tenant is only responsible for power, gas and water. Pet Deposit: Cat and Small Dog: $300 Big Dog: $400 Plus an extra $50 a month for the rent fee. $150 off of the deposit will be non-refundable.
