This is a retirement community called Montesa of old Canyon. One member must be 55 years old and young children are not allowed to live there. The comunity is gated with security. We have a comunity center and a large hall. In this hall we have our gatherings, and professional entertainment. We have shuffle board cours, bachet ball court, a large swiming pool and hot tub. There is also a workout center and craft and card rooms. We are proud of our professional tennis courts which hosts tournaments. We have high comunity standards which are upheld. this comunity is located on the far east side of the Phoenix Metro. area and has little traffic. Our home is located cul de sac and is one of the biggest house and lot in Montesa. the advertisement for Montesa states you don't buy a house, you buy a life style.
