The available bedroom is approximately 11'x21' (with a lock on each bedroom door). You will have access to the entire house, including the on-site washer and dryer. Utilities are included. Internet and Wifi is available to you for free. I am a guy, but don't mind having a female roommate, as my previous roommate was female. I work full time for an engineering firm in the area and spend a lot of time at work. When I am home, I usually keep to myself and don't go out too often, as I am not much of a partier and don't have people over frequently. Potential renters must fill out an application. Background and credit checks are also required. There is a $45 non-refundable fee for this, but they are yours to use once you've paid for them.
