We are subletting our spacious and sunny 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the El Cerrito Hills from January 10 to May 1, 2025 (dates are somewhat flexible; minimum three-month stay). Our home is very family-friendly and zoned for Kensington Elementary, making it perfect if you have kids. The house is furnished and has a washer and dryer, energy-efficient heating, and double-pane windows. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances you'll need. If you're bringing kids, we have plenty of gear available to make your stay comfortable. There is an amazing view of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge from the living room. We also have a lovely backyard equipped with outdoor furniture and a grill - perfect for soaking up the sun and relaxing. The neighborhood is very quiet, but you're still within walking distance to BART, shops, restaurants, and two parks. UC Berkeley is just 15 minutes away by car or about 30 minutes by BART or bike. There's off-street parking with an EV charger, and if you need a car, that's something we can discuss. Rent is $3,900 per month, which includes cleaning, gardening service, and garbage. The tenant will be responsible for electricity, gas, water, and internet. We'll need the first and last month's rent, a security deposit, and a credit check. Sorry, no pets. We have wonderful friends nearby who can assist if you have any questions about the house while we're away. Please let us know if you're interested or have any questions!
