Guests and Overnight Visitors Occasional daytime guests are welcome with advance notice to housemates. Overnight guests are not permitted without prior written approval from the landlord. Long-term or frequent guests are prohibited. Cleaning Responsibilities Tenants are responsible for keeping their private room clean and sanitary. Shared spaces, including the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas, must be cleaned after each use. A rotating cleaning schedule for common areas may be implemented. Smoking, Alcohol, and Illegal Substances No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal drugs is permitted anywhere inside the property.
