I like my house, its a great place for a family. But that's also why it's too big for me. I'm a single guy and have a hard time advocating owning my home when it would make such a great first home for a family. I've done many improvements since buying it and will continue to have things done until I sell it. Maybe if I fix it up enough, I won't have an interest in selling it. As of right now though, I'm open to offers. Among some of it's features, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. There's also an office sized room in the basement that I've used as a bedroom, but it's nonconforming because it doesn't have a fire escape window. The kitchen is huge. I think that most women would have a hard time finding things to fit in all the cabinets. The bathroom is also rather large, with a 5ft vanity, 7ft cabinet, and a cabinet on the wall over the toilet. The shower is pretty basic, but the bathroom is big enough that you could install a jacuzzi tub without much remodeling. Most of the windows on the house are triple pane with the bedroom windows being double pane, all less than 10 years old. Most of the pictures are old pictures taken before the new windows were installed.
